STRATEGIC PARTNERS

We have a special relationship with partners worldwide with whom we join forces to bring the best combination of innovative and creative tools to our clients and the communities they serve.

We have been working with Oasis Human Relations since 2008. Guided by their Whole Person Approach, Isabela became a qualified Whole Person Facilitator and was formally an Oasis Associate from 2013 to 2022. She is now part of the Oasis extended network.

We support INTRAC‘s mission to strengthen the effectiveness of civil society to challenge poverty and inequality, empowering people to gain greater control over their own future. We work closely with their Training and their Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) teams. INTRAC’s M&E Universe is part of the pool of resources we sign-post our clients to.

Since 2021 we have been working with Zigla Strategy  & Evidence for Social Change. They have a team of experts in Monitoring and Evaluation, Social Investment and Knowledge Management.  Zigla is based in Argentina, has offices in Mexico and works with independent consultants worldwide (Perú, México, Germany, Netherlands and U.K. to name a few).

They have a team of designers who produce superb engaging products such as videos, animations, websites and visual dashboards (such as Tablau and Power BI). They also have techy people who customised their own WhatsApp API to manage interactions with large datasets of contacts (e.g. with participants from evaluations). A much-valued tool for following up on surveys!

We are co-founders of Learning from Women to Reimagine the Future: a collaborative virtual process designed to bring to life a mosaic of experiences of women who are creating pockets of a future where people and planet really matter, pursuing a fair society in balance with planetary boundaries.

We believe that things change when those who are unheard or who have been marginalised finally get a voice. This is why we decided to learn from women around the world whose experiences are not being shared. We believe we can only create a better future if we broaden narratives and if we are open to learning from women, not about them.

When we need an extra pair of hands for video production, we reach out to Amandine Goisbault. Besides being a fantastic human being and a very talented video editor, Amandine is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, French and English! Being a poliglot helps tremendously in video editing. This was the case with the WFD’ African Liberal Network Women’s Leadership Programme and the Learning from Women videos, as the video editing was done before subtitles were generated, adding speed to the process and reducing the costs.

Amandine is also a film director and producer. Her documentaries on the maternity experience and the search for black roots in Africa depict the topics with extreme tenderness. We are always looking for opportunities to work with Amandine again.

When the job involves translations and subtitles, we work with Patrícia Souza and her Ipê Traduções business. Patrícia is an excellent translator and she is superb in turning around fast translations and subtitles to our videos and materials.

Patrícia also has multiple lives. Singing is one of her hobbies. Her CD Entre is such a joy to listen to that we have included it here. Enjoy the music!

We also value our collaboration with the Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative (GRLI). The GRLI was founded in 2004 by the UN Global Compact and the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD). Together with Chris Taylor, Oasis Foundation Director, we brought the Whole Person Approach to MBA programmes exploring how Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Governance can form part of organisations’ structure and practices to ensure a positive contribution to society and the environment.

When the work calls for leadership training, our go-to partner is Marciano Cunha. We love the way his company uses playful and simple language to address serious and complex topics that characterize day-to-day work relationships.

Together with Marciano, depending on the size of the project and the languages required, we also work with

For anything related to the internet or deep societal trends, our guru is Roney Belhassof who runs the Meme de Carbono. He is a systems analyst specialized in knowledge management and the study of cyberculture and its influence on the hyperconnected society. Roney has been instrumental in setting up and running this website, as well as my parents’ property let one.

We started our relationship with Roney back in the 2000s when designing custom-built software to assess and manage suppliers’ health, safety and environmental track record and compliance with ExxonMobil’s Operational Integrity Management System (OIMS). In those days the software ran in DOS on a black background with text in white font – for those who remember it! Much has changed since then, but our trust in Roney’s work remains strong.
