From 2014 to 2020, we co-facilitated an annual cohort of MBA students from the Northern Institute of Technology (NIT) in Hamburg on a four-day journey on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Governance.

Together with Oasis, the course was developed under the umbrella of the Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative (GRLI). The GRLI is a spin-off of the Global Compact and aims at bringing academia and corporates closer in cooperation.

We explored how corporatations can promote a sustainable future, growth and reputation, and at the same time become more responsible globally.
